Displaying by B+-Tree Indexes

Showing Indexes

B+-Tree Indexes are the most common indexes. They allow the designer of the database to define a set order for the objects within a table and gives the user the ability to view the objects in increasing or decreasing order.

  • First open the table which you wish to view or edit the objects, as previously described.
  • Then show the table index side bar as previously described.
  • Use the mouse to select the index you wish to view, making sure that the blue highlight is on the desired index, right click with the mouse bottom and select "Display by Index".
